Liked: Great location. Great staff. Very clean. Great view from the 23rd floor.
Disliked: The shower! The way water covers the floor while showering was very annoying and made taking a shower something to not look forward to. Value wise, I will probably look into other properties for my next trip. My wife hated how small the cozy queen was.

Location is perfect

Liked: The location was the best part. It’s so central yet you don’t step immediately out on to the chaos. Super close to Times Square / Rockefeller, so could walk to all the main spots. Staff were very friendly on all interactions we had. They had security late at night which was reassuring. The size of the room is made clear and they have designed well to try and think of everything to maximise the space, eg. suitcase space under the bed. The bathroom was a good size and toiletries provided were nice. Didn’t try the breakfast (given the price it didn’t seem worth it) so can’t comment on, but we would just grab a coffee and pastry at a lovely little coffee shop on 47th.
Disliked: The room is really small but you’re aware of that before you book and is same with most NY hotels, just check the sq foot so you’re prepared. The bathroom doors are sliding doors (space saving) but always felt like they were going to come off the rails. The lifts (/elevators) had a bit of a wait but again seems to be the case in a lot of NY hotels. No coffee making facilities, but we were aware as not advertised (just something we like in the room if can get).
