Very close to the old...

Liked: Very well-located; close to the river (Riu Onyar), and cultural heritages, the room was clean and comfortable, like a room of the three stars hotels.

Exceptional

Great location wonderful reception staff.

Liked: The reception staff were wonderful so helpful. Husband has mobility problems and they said we could leave the mobility scooter in reception. This helped us enjoy the stay. The location is so good.
Disliked: Nothing to note. If anything The flooring is looking tired in the room. Could do with a freshen up but not a complaint just a comment.A point for drop off. It is on a small road and you can easily miss when driving. Carpark is very near to hotel.

Liked: Almost everything went well. Friendly, helpful staff; attractive bedroom and public rooms, superb breakfast. Dinner including wine - reasonable prices but not always to our liking (sometimes not hot enough, also too few vegetables).Location perfect - easy access to both sides of the river.Pleased to see that cyclists are welcomed - and facilities available.
Disliked: Please see above re dinner. Also New Year's Day - no heating! Bedroom exceptionally cold. When heating restored the next day, we could not control the heating which was now constantly too hot - window opened and duvet removed for sleeping.

Liked: Great location by the Eiffel bridge and access into the historic old town Lots of shiny marble Warm and cosy good size room with big comfy bed
Disliked: Kettle plus Limited tea bags and coffee in the room but no milk.
