Great trip with the friends!!

Liked: Everything we needed for our stay was there, location was great!!
Disliked: Showers leaked, the glass door doesn't seel with the tub edge so floors were always under water after the shower.

Liked: Great location and price. No frills, just a room with a shower and toilet.

Good

Liked: The location was perfect, central with access to everything you might need.The staff is friendly and helpful.Room size is good and it's not cramped.
Disliked: The elevator was not working during my stay, so it wasn't a pleasant experience to take the stairs up and down for the 4th floor multiple times a day !First, my room was in the 3rd floor but then it was changed cause the heater wasn't working.But honestly the staff offered to help me with my baggage which is appreciated.The room is a little bit noisy and you can easily hear everything happens outside your room.Room lighting needs to be better.

Liked: The location is good, we walked everywhere. The staff were very kind and helpful. It is good place for just few days. There were some coffees and teas in the room.
Disliked: It could be better, the room was so small. They could change the towels everyday. They just changed towel for the floor.

Superb

Liked: Lovely clean room and bathroom, spacious room, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect
Disliked: The only fault was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable

Liked: Great location. Clean and well equipped, complimentary tea and coffee in the room
Disliked: I came here for 5 nights, and later, after my trip to the Highlands, one more night. The wifi quality is poor (I couldn't give a WhatsApp call and had to use my data). Noisy due to its location. I drank coffee for the first time the morning before my last night, and the bar wasn't refilled with coffee for my last night although it was the only thing I took!In the first room it was so cold even with the heating! Didn't seem efficient at all! It was hard to stay in the cold!Second room for the last night, no body gel inside the shower (but still next to the tap in the bathroom)

Pleasant stay but possible can...

Liked: The room we had was basic, but the location of the place was excellent. We reached everything walking and the people in reception team was friendly and they were very keen to help, as we did have a problem with the hot water.
Disliked: Room was smaller than I thought, there were signs of dust collected with the time in places like the extractor fan, it did not have enough clothes storage and the shower had an issue with the hot water.
