Great location, very clean and...

Liked: Room was great and very clean. Only complaint was no lift up to the 7th floor so you have to hop off at 6th then carry your luggage to 7th floor by stairs.
Disliked: There was no where to meet friends as in a cafe or bar area that was functioning all day.

great location and great value

Liked: great location in the cbd , lovely helpful staff and the room had everything we needed and more
Disliked: room was a little bright at night due to the curtain design , that was the only issue

Liked: Value for money and the rooms are big. Very central location right next to the ferry.

Exceptional

Liked: Suite was beautiful, comfortable beds and needed washer and dryer.Great location.Staff were responsive and friendly.
Disliked: we are driving an 8 person minivan and this is a city hotel, so no surprise the parking was tight. Water heater accommodated 2 showers prior to being cool. We have 5 people so split the PM and AM showers.
