Location perfect, room comfortable however,...

Liked: Location ideal especially as it is close to the TSB Arena.Right next to the cable car and high street shops.The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: View was very disappointing. Looked out onto the sides of 2 high rise buildings, couldn’t even see the sky to establish what the weather was like.We chose to opt out of our room being serviced in exchange for a complimentary drink and a snack which we thought was a great initiative however, the ‘voucher’ for these was pushed under our door in the early hours of the morning on our final night so we were unable to use it. We wrongly assumed that there was free parking at the rear of the hotel. However we had to pay $15/night to use a nearby multi storey car park, despite there being a number of vacant spaces adjacent to reception (which, when we enquired, were told they were for drop off only but noted that some vehicles were parked there for the duration of our stay, there were also spaces nearby that were marked reserved for the hotel that were left empty.
