Great location and comfy beds
Liked: Very central location. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious enough. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had to call housekeeping to make up our rooms during the day. There was a lot of noise as night but that’s to be expected due to the intercity location. If you have small kids or prefer it to be quieter, perhaps request a room on the other side of the hotel.

Weekend city base
Liked: Wonderful location in the CBD, perfect for exploring the city on foot for a long weekend. Staff were lovely to deal with, and being able to check in at midnight from our late flight in was so smooth. Will be staying here again.

Disliked: The accommodation was very dark with only a couple of windows in the 2 bedroomed apartment, and no view

Well located Central hotel in...
Liked: Central Wellington location, very close to Cable Car, Woolworths and McDonalds. Location is quiet. The bed was comfortable. Room was large enough that you didn't feel constrained. Wifi free and easy to authenticate and solid signal. Like the fact they list both street address, it made it easy to book to Supershuttle.
Disliked: The only 'sink' to wash utensils was the bathroom sink which was awkward to use for dishes. While it didn't take long to get my head around the 2 entries and reception on level 6, it does take time to switch between the two so make it clear where your meeting point is. They like to prioritize short stays with their NZ$50 a day security deposit. Also they need to align their branding are they "Heritage CityLife" or "Adina CityLife"?

Friendly staff but room could...
Liked: Convenient and close to town shopping.
Disliked: Rooms are dated looking. Dryer far to high as I couldnt see in to get my clothes out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The Hotel is weird in layout and hard to park in when arriving. Back entrance to a Hotel and then not much room to park a car. And then you have to ove car to different location afterwards. Reception is at back of hotel. Very awful layout..
