Stress free and easy

Liked: The young fella on the counter was polite and efficient. He had amazing manners and explained everything clearly. We had been travelling so didn’t want to muck around and he made the check in process quick and easy. Also the location is perfect ! Once we parked up we could walk EVERYWHERE we wanted to go.
Disliked: Rooms a little small but not a big problem.

Not great!

Liked: Location was fabulous! Buses right outside took us to the zoo and airport although quite costly for the airport $11 each! Apartment was a great size but had problems. Food offerings were good via a delivery service, but again, there were problems.
Disliked: Apartment (2 bedroom executive suite) had only one cooling unit in the lounge, which leaked on to the carpet - we put a saucepan under to stop damage and staff failed to deal with the problem. No air con units in either bedroom, so asked for fans, but rooms still remained too hot One bathroom had no hairdryer and the other no robes. We ordered a Thai meal via reception. Having been told by the lady that we must order rice separately, when it did eventually arrive, we were then inundated as we did not need to order it, as it was included! Meal should arrive within the hour. After an hour and 20 we chased it, to be told reception had been chasing it, but weren't sure if we would now get it! Two minutes later it arrived. Luckily for them, the delivery charge was waived!

Liked: When I checked in, my key card wasn't working properly. I went back to the desk, and the gentleman who re did my card looked annoyed. He didn't smile or apologize for the inconvenience. It was around 4 pm. when I checked in. I also don't agree with $150 for any incidentals. There is no mini bar, or do they think you'll steal a pot or the DVD or TV..

Liked: Huge apartment with plenty of facilities. Renovated bathroom. Pretty clean for the most part. Appliances mostly come with instructions. Good wifi.
Disliked: The apartment was a bit dark and not so cozy, could use some plants. The kitchen is horribly dated with old appliances and wear and tear. There were leftovers from previous guests in the fridge. Mold is starting in the bathroom tile joints. Our room was too expensive for the level of quality.
