Liked: Convenient location, neat and tidy, had everything we needed, comfortable
Disliked: Living area was a little on the small side

Liked: The location is excellent.
Disliked: The room is located on a floor that the elevator does not reach, the hot water runs out quickly, some family members showered with cold water, disappointing and it would be nice if we had known about this in advance.

Staff on the main counter...

Liked: Place itself had a great location. Parking up the hill at a different location was not ideal. Rooms ,while kept very clean, were stuffy as couldn't open windows. No view from lower levels
