Nice central option, just plan...

Liked: Central location, comfortable enough room, and good to have facilities on site eg pool and gym
Disliked: The pool was a bit cold, and there were no dining options. We don’t think that would be an issue with plenty of restaurants nearby, however many of them were closed down or closed on weekends, so dining options were very limited.

Loved that the staff was...

Liked: The WiFi, the bed was comfortable, tv and very spacious :)

Liked: Loved the easy serviceloved the facilities, e.g pool, gym and close to city
Disliked: that parking is $45 a Nighy seems abit steep but overall nice stay

Liked: Location of Hotel was handy as we were there for a concert at the town hall, which was a 2 minute walk away. Beds are super soft and comfortable. Room was lovely and clean.
Disliked: Didnt like how they shut the main doors to Queen street at night, meant we had to walk up the dark side street to the back entrance.

Highly recommended for family

Liked: Location was great. They sep up a cot for our son for free. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Very comfortable - would stay...

Liked: Location was awesome - right on Queen St but off it so it was still quiet. Less than a 10 minute walk to Commercial Bay/Britomart. Room was clean and quiet, not super spacious but it did not matter, nice selection of teas available, decent size fridge available also.
Disliked: Beds were very soft! Not a lot of support.

Excellent choice for quality stay...

Liked: Spacious, fully equipped 1BR apartment. Excellent facilities (gym. pool). Decent but not super-fast Wi-Fi (abt 25-30 mps). Dining table doubles as laptop workspace. Helpful, courteous staff. Central location & easy access to transport.
Disliked: Very limited selection of TV channels, many were duplicates and/or Infomercial only. LR TV was Samsung Smart but was not connected to Internet, so no Netflix, Prime or other apps (Tubi, YouTube, Plex, etc.). BR TV is ancient, small, with same limitations as LR TV.
