Liked: Room - we got upgraded, and our room was large, modern, well stocked (particularly the kitchen) and clean. Location - very central, easy access to downtown Auckland, but down a narrow road that I wouldn't have felt very safe walking along alone at night.
Disliked: Bed was very soft, and would have preferred if the shower was separate rather than over the bath.

Liked: Pretty happy about everything; rooms are clean, located in the center of CBD, convenient to everything and staff are always kind and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is don’t drive here. There is a construction site on nearby streets. It took me half an hour to get to the back of the hotel ( so I could park the rental car). Then it turned out I didn't need to use it! Calling an Uber there and exploring the city on foot is better.

Liked: We will definitely be back to stay here, we stayed one night with a child and it was so close to spark arena and food. Highly recommend and we will be back.
