Much to my dismay the room was dusty and dirty; the floors weren't mopped or swept, with hair all over the bathroom floor; the towels were old and thin, and frayed; the tissue box was empty and not sure the sheets on the bed were even changed prior to our visit; even the two apples were old.

Disliked: The housekeeping.

Liked: Location was excellent and the center of Grand Rapids. Walking distance to everything.

Liked: Everything was fine. Close enough to walk to Van Andel Arena (Concert Venue)
Disliked: Parking was expensive.

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: I had a family of four and our room only had two towels. Also, the fridge in our room had someone else’s leftovers.

Liked: Looks very nice, and the amities were great!
Disliked: The room was way too small for the price.. and parking was a joke. (Hotel doesn’t validate parking nor do they have any specific area for guest to park.) had to walk around the block, not terrible. Just really inconvenient, with a recent Ankle injury.

Wonderful but pricey.

Liked: The bed was Devine! The pillows, like a cloud. The heated floors were a nice touch as well. The room felt a little cold (not temp wise,decor wise).
Disliked: I think it's ridiculous to pay nearly $50 for parking when it's not even valet. I wish that there was a discount for parking or better yet just having it validated. Honestly it would deter me from staying there vs like holiday Inn that has free parking.

Superb

Liked: Great staff. Stylish decor. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: NO parking except on street with meters or city garage.
