Much to my dismay the room was dusty and dirty; the floors weren't mopped or swept, with hair all over the bathroom floor; the towels were old and thin, and frayed; the tissue box was empty and not sure the sheets on the bed were even changed prior to our visit; even the two apples were old.

Liked: Bed was super soft. Great location downtown. Shower was very large. The queen room is small but it was adequate for a quick stay with two people
Disliked: It seemed like some of the tile was coming up from the floor.

Liked: I liked the location. Being able to step out the door and have all the shops and restaurants to explore was a great experience. Also being walking distance to the concert venue was nice. The parking garage with easy access to the hotel was also nice. I will definitely be back to the City Flats hotel.

Liked: We were attending a concert at Devos Performance Hall and this hotel was a 10 minute walk from the venue.
Disliked: No breakfast and the lounge wasn't open.

Disliked: There was no refrigerator which I have not come across in a hotel room in a very long time. Ordered food and all of our leftovers went to waste.
