Very pleasant

Liked: Excellent shower. A nice shady corner square in old city. Staff were amazingly good. They spoke English very well and were happy to use it.
Disliked: The hotel I was in was not the CityClass I booked. I was moved and although there was a communication it did not attract my attention enough, given it was such an important announcement. As a result I visited all their hotels in Bonn to find the right one.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Friendly staff, lots of room in the family room and it’s in a great location near to the Cathedral, main station and the Heumarkt for evening meals and drinks.

Decent hotel in good location

Liked: Good central location, yet very quiet at night. Very clean.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little odd, very small with sliding glass inner walls to create a shower space across the door. Other than that the room was fine. I must say that I didn’t like getting so many automated emails from the hotel, they seem to want to remove my contact with their staff. Maybe that’s a plus in some hotels but it really wasn’t necessary and I’d rather speak to staff than fill in online registration and checkout out forms!

Liked: Mai at the front desk was amazing. Our stay from start to finish was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was perfect to the Convention hall and the rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: The only small issue was that the noise at night from the partying in the restaurant or club nearby was loud. But it was alot of laughter so that was a positive as well.
