Liked: Great location. Lots of restaurants, pubs, and Christmas market is located near by. Great walk distance from church and station.Room was clean.Staffs were kind.
Disliked: No coffee and tea, no coffee machine, no boiling keetle. The shower was so weird in design. The space is too small to open the shower door. You can't open the shower door if you are in the toiler and closed the toiler door. Need to open both doors at same time to in and out. And the shower has not designed well, there is no level difference, proper slope and gaps between shower and toilet, and it only supports with rubber caulking from door edge. The water was leaked out to the toilet during the shower. I slid once due to the slippery and wet floor. The facility should be improved.

Annoying room but a great...

Liked: Staff was excellent, everyone was nice. I wish all German people were like this. The hotel was located very close to the church (must see) and a couple of Christmas markets. The giant outdoor mall was just a few blocks away. The TV was large and I could easily connect my fire TV stick to it.
Disliked: The bed was supposed to be a queen but was just two twin beds next to each other. The matress was uncomfortably hard. The pillows were the worst thing ever known to man as they would deflate into thin pancakes that required us to constantly fluff back up. The room was insufferably hot despite the thermostat being set to 19 c. The room was very small which made it difficult to deal with luggage and move around. Granted we mainly just slept there, but I did smack into things all the time while trying to move around. The toilet paper was four ply....I didn't know this existed and never want to use this cardboard to wipe with again. Maybe this is why German people are so angry all of the time.

Convenient, sensibly priced, very close...

Liked: For the Christmas markets, our reason for going, this hotel takes a lot of beating. They have a deal with a car park extremely close which is excellent. To sum up, if you’re doing the Christmas markets you’d be hard pushed to do better than here.
Disliked: This isn’t a hotel problem but although the close car park is great, getting to it during the Christmas market season can be testing!
