Disliked: no printout of room number when checking in. Make sure you have your phone handy to photograph the screen or memorise the room number when it appears on the screen.

Budget Friendly and Good Location

Liked: Convenient location. It's a 5-minute walk to the major train station, and a tram station is right outside the hotel. Check-in and check-out are done via a self-service kiosk, and the process is fast. The hotel has a large common area on the first floor with a shared fridge, microwave, and washing machine for guests to use.
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean. I found a lot of hair on the floor underneath the bed and stains on the floor in my room. Make sure to check your bed before lying down, as I saw posts mentioning previous bed bug issues. This is a very busy hotel, and I found the lobby area a bit sketchy. That part of Oslo isn't very safe, so I recommend against using their storage room for bags after check-out, as the room isn't monitored by staff 24/7. Many people have reported having their bags stolen there. Be careful.
