I had no problems at...

Liked: It was very close to where I had to go every day I was staying at City Water.
Disliked: all good, no problems at all.

Disappointing

Liked: Easy walk to CBD, plenty of hot water
Disliked: Old tired units, no couch, limited parking, very noisy, shower over bath and no vanity, laundry but no pegs or cloths rack, no iron or ironing board, bedside lights not working .

Disliked: How we were scammed because some paint was chipped off from closing the door

Staff lovely and rooms adequate...

Liked: Location was good and basic amenities were good
Disliked: Asked for an extra pillow but none available. Very noisy and smoking on upstairs balconies people visiting other rooms and found out some permanent residents. Carparks right outside ground units and engines left running morn and night.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRBLE, NOT QUIET, OLD...

Liked: Absolutely nothing...the appartments are dated and old, noisy and cold. You can hear all the neighbouring people in other appartments and parking is not easy and not enough of it.
Disliked: When we checked in, we pad for a premium room. We collected the key, went to the room and opened the door to discover that the appartment hadn't been cleande or made up. It was disgusting. So I went back to reception, and the clerk actually told me she knew the room wasn't made up, what a joke...then only offered me a $15 dollar discount for transferring to lesser room...absolutley disgusted, would not recommend, will never stay there again!

Worst exoeriance ever

Liked: Nothing at all worst motel that I've ever stayed in
Disliked: Rooms nothing like the photos. blinds didn't stop the lights from next door construction from coming in .reception not open to seek assistance approx 80 units only 22 car parks. refund policy non existent. that bad we left very hard to contact

I checked out to stay...

Disliked: The room was poorly kept, felt extremely dirty (badly stained carpets, grimey kitchen, broken cabinetry) and was not at all the same as the pictures advertised on the website. I felt unsafe here as well, with drunk guests in the parking lot late at night-I checked out early and stayed somewhere else.

Very good
