Liked: Bed was comfortable. Staff were polite. Happy to have a ensuite
Disliked: Smelt of smoke. The smoke seemed to be trapped in the carpet, so go cheap vinyl or clean it. I own a carpet cleaner. Remote and switches were filthy cleaned everything with wipes, and put a plug in for the smell. train next to room so very loud, new windows might help. Tbh the rooms in my local area can be the same price with an elite stay, I live in an expensive tourist village. I suppose that's London for you.
