Liked: It was convenient and the staff were always busy but polite. Coffee was on tap in reception area which I especially liked
Disliked: Breakfast had no meat just eggs and beans plus toast with options of butter and jam

Grim… don’t bother even for...

Liked: It was a short travel from Stratford station
Disliked: It was dirty, stunk of smoke, no hot water, mattress didn’t fit the bed, sink broken, bathroom grotty, carpet had burns from iron and cigarettes, no lock on bathroom door, manager was asleep on sofa in reception and didn’t even offer to rustle up breakfast despite us paying for it. Would have got a cleaner, more accommodating service at a hostel. Would like to try and get my money back or atleast some of it. It’s a hovel not a hotel.

Disliked: Hello, On another occasion I was staying there and it was very nice, but I was in the last room number 106 is not clean at all, I don't have shampoo for the toilet and besides, a billiards bit us and our body is all swollen.
