The room was dirty; the shower head wouldn't attach to the shower; there was no hot water and no plug in the sink; there was dust everywhere and smelt musty. Someone from the company needs to make a surprise visit to the hotel, they would be horrified.

Budget doesn't have to be...

Disliked: Room tiny and filthy (1 bed bug seen). Bed broken and propped up with bits of wood. Duvet and pillows smelled strongly of sweat. Stains that looked like bodily fluid on the walls. TV was broken. Staff in corridor having a loud conversation into the early hours the Loud TV in reception through the night!
