The room was dirty; the shower head wouldn't attach to the shower; there was no hot water and no plug in the sink; there was dust everywhere and smelt musty. Someone from the company needs to make a surprise visit to the hotel, they would be horrified.

Disliked: Everything.

Liked: The romm is large and wide.
Disliked: The stairs and the smallness of elevator.

Terrible

Liked: Absolute dump. Very rude staff . Prostitutes in reception waiting for clients to come in Basically a brothel

Needed urgently short notice hotel

Liked: As an emergency accomodation ( see my previous review) this hotel was very helpful.Not 4 star but neither was the orice
Disliked: Generally getting what you pay for.

Fine for an overnight stay.

Liked: Easy place to stay overnight when attending an event at Victoria Park.
Disliked: Rooms are very dated. Two hotels on the same road with the same name but a mile apart. We ended up at the wrong one on the first try.

Cheap stay no frills

Liked: Great location for tube access and points of interest and close to the venue that the event I was going to was at. Staff were friendly and check in/out was simple and efficient. My room was clean and airy with a TV and full sized fridge and the bedding was clean and the bed comfy.
Disliked: The shared bathroom wasn’t kept clean with my first visit finding a urine splattered toilet seat and stained toilet but at least there was a working lock and toilet paper.
