Well located, comfortable and good...

Liked: Comfortable, clean and good value for money in an excellent location
Disliked: Poor lighting in the room. Controller for the heat pump was missing. Heat pump was left going on cool.

Disliked: the room was nothing like the photo. The room was dirty, the entrance was dirty and there was dirty linen in the hall ways.

Disgustingly dirty it may be...

Liked: Great location.Nice big rooms with a bath.
Disliked: The whole place was filthy, The common comment from people in the lift was that they did not want to touch anything.Television was intermittent.Only one lift out of 3 worked.

Very poor city motel !...

Liked: It was close to everything and right in the cbd!
Disliked: The room was not clean a lot of dust behind the lounge and really old lollies stuck to the floor.the single bed had a very stained doona.
