PERFECT LOCATION

Liked: Perfect location in the CBD. Trams stop outside the motel. Flinders Street Station one block away. Handy to Southern Cross Station & Skybus to Melbourne Airport, Theatres, Rod Laver Arena, Marvel Stadium and Queen Victoria Market. Lots of Restaurants close by. Everything supplied to make for a comfortable stay whether for a night or a week. Have stayed here several times .

Good stay for short visit

Liked: The location of the motel is perfect. It is right in the CBD close to important places of interest and a great range of food! It is also close to Flinders Street Station, which makes it ideal for anyone wanting to be in the city.
Disliked: The property is a bit older as compared to it's new look in the pictures. It requires some upkeep. My room did not have access to natural light which felt a bit claustrophobic. Also the windows in the rooms look like they haven't been cleaned for a while.

Liked: The room was FILTHY.

Good price for the location...

Liked: Perfect location for attending the Melbourne comedy festival - literally a stone's throw from Melbourne Town Hall. Close to shops and restaurants as well.
Disliked: Air conditioner was noisy while running and then making a constant dripping sound when switched off that got annoying. Toilet cistern kept filling so had to turn the water off to be able to sleep.
