We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The staff were all very polite and friendly. The range of breakfast options was brilliant. The room was lovely and the location was great. The London Pub downstairs was really handy after a long journey.
Disliked: The breakfast was lovely but it would have been nice to be shown where the large plates were. We didn’t like the waiting staff hovering nearby to take our plates when one of us was still eating.

Disliked: The property charged me extra money for the staying for no reason and they never answered me back why this happened.

Liked: Access to different options for public transportation and still close to some main visiting sites.Good room, clean and confortable

Liked: Location is great, lots of buses, 15mins walk from St. Pancras. Very clean very comfortable. Not the most sound proof but nothing some earbuds can't tackle. Breakfast is fine. Friendly staff, very solution oriented.

Liked: Easy to check in, great sized room and lovely products in the bathroom, staff were helpful and welcoming
