Never again

Liked: Got a carpark on the street across the road, could walk to food outlets.
Disliked: Everything! Nothing like what the website described. We booked an 'executive suite' which was described as being luxurious and modern with a 3-seater sofa bed and direct access to a spacious outdoor courtyard. There was no sofa, the whole place smelt like a wet dog, was dark and when we finally managed to get the door open to go outside there was a grotty hot water system and it was enclosed and dark so no fresh air. The air conditioner smelt rank so couldn't run that. The small wardrobe had a bar fridge in it that didn't work very well and on top of the wardrobe was a large can of insect spray. There was meant to be extra pillows and linen in the wardrobe but there wasn't. The whole place was more like a very cheap backpackers rather than 'perfect for a family or a business stay' and was complete with holes in the doors, creaky floorboards and a back door that was locked and had a sign on it saying staff use only - too bad if there was a fire at the front!

Bad value for money

Liked: Shower had no hot water, despite complaining 3 times was not fixed. Also booking.com tried to charge us $25 for a late check in, despite it being only door codes and no staff present. Was shockingly expensive for a dirty room with a shared bathroom

It suited my needs, was...

Liked: Very clear instructions especially with door codes. Own room with fridge. Privacy. I didn’t mind the bathroom down the hall, I think I was the only one using it while I was there, it was very clean. But I didn’t have a hot shower, water was only tepid and the water doesn’t drain properly. I couldn’t wash my hair as too cold. I spoke to the cleaner but she couldn’t solve these problems.
