Very good staff, warm welcome....

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were able to check in even though we were early.
Disliked: The hotel is being refurbished. At night the road was busy and very noisy couldn’t sleep well. Breakfast was ok but quite basic

Good food and great location...

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable and too close to the floor. It was harder to get up

Disliked: The staff is not so friendly, but it's normal for Germany sometimes ( or for Würzburg?).

Liked: Very good location. 5' walking distance from the city center. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
