Liked: The outdoor garden seating area was a real bonus. We were able to sit outside with friends for a takeaway meal and a coffee. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The location was perfect for us - only five minutes' drive from our friends' house.

Liked: Friendly staff at check in. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Quiet location despite being on a main road & close to railway. Very close to reasonably priced eatery. Single bed was very comfortable. Adequate number of power outlets. Fridge was nicely cold and it chilled our warm soft drinks nicely for the next day. Carpets were clean. Bed linen clean and nicely "crisp". TV had Netflix ready to go (may have been logged in by a previous guest?). Property was clean and safe within the "compound" but is very unsuitable for young children to work off their energy - best go for a walk to a local park.
Disliked: The queen bed appeared as though it hadn't been rotated/flipped very often so was saggy and barely comfortable on the easily accessible side, but the "off" side was very comfy (which is why I guessed it hadn't been flipped). The tray holding the glasses and cups had a fine layer of dust & grit indicating it hadn't been wiped down in recent months. International roast instant coffee

Disliked: No welcome. A slat to talk through - no Reception as normal to enter. Being made to stand outside in the cold wind & then having to fill in a form when I had already booked & paid in full with all my details.
