Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The family room was filthy. Walls covered in grease, bathroom dirty with a blocked sink. Phone to reception didn’t work. Needs a complete revamp.

Can't wait to return!

Liked: The hotel was a few minutes walk from the bus and train station. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was full of lovely extras. We had a view of the Guildhall and the Peace Bridge. Great shopping, great food, lovely pubs.

Superb

Quite basic, uncomfortable bed and...

Liked: Breakfast was nice with a good variety of foods and beverages.
Disliked: I thought the three o clock check in was a late time and 11 am check out was a little too early, unexpected payment for parking and very expensive at £28 for under 48hrs. I would have liked to be able to open a window but they were screwed closed with brackets and thought this would have been a bad idea if there had of been a fire.
