Very good

Liked: Lovely hotel in great central location and helpful, friendly, hard working staff. Our room had a great view of the Peace Bridge. The hotel is being refurbished so there was some noise in the morning.

A good central location,

Liked: Good central location.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room, in particular the bathroom which had dirt and mould in the bath and dirt in the toilet.

Wouldn’t stay at the moment,...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately they seemed to missing leadership
Disliked: The hotel is having a major renovation, which it definitely needs, it is passed its best. It was cold in the bar, dining area and the breakfast was very poor in quality and cold.
