Passable

Liked: Location is very good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Special mention to Areli, who helped me switch a defective iron with a new one with a great attitude about it.
Disliked: Continental breakfast is very poor, with limited options and even what you can order extra (paid) isn't very good. Breakfast room is very tiny for the size of the hotel, so waiting times are way too long and particularly bad if you're traveling for work. Carpeted floors are a nightmare for those who have allergies and rinitis (not helpful that pets are allowed there). Rooms are too dark and so is the bathroom, makes everything look like a very, very cheap roadside motel. Fitness center is appallingly unequipped, with just one treadmill, one bike and one elliptic and no dumbbells, so forget about using it.

average hotel in prime location

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend it just because of that. The room was clean and the personnel friendly. Considering the general hotel fares, I think it is good value for money for its prime location.
Disliked: We were 4 (with 2 children) and both beds were queen size so a bit small for 2 adults. There was no option to open the windows so the air would get stuffy. We tried to improve this by putting the A/C on. The bedside light on one of the bed was not working so I had to use my cell torch to read. Breakfast was average, (especially the coffee!) so with hindsight I would not have paid extra to have it included, considering there is a starbucks just around the corner. Overall, despite the above, I would still recommend it because the location was excellent.

Disliked: Business people beware, the internet here is very bad. I kept dropping out of meetings as did many other people that were staying in the hotel. Not ideal unfortunately

Liked: Location is good for business
Disliked: The wifi was unusable slow. I had to cancel a few online meetings as the wifi was too slow for it. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
