Great place to stay in...

Liked: 1. Located in a very central and commercial area (lot of shops around) with great accessibility through the metro which was around half a mile away2. Very friendly and helpful staff3. Room was comfortable and spacious
Disliked: 1. The breakfast could have had more variety and options, especially for vegetarians as the menu was limited2. While connectivity was great through the metro, it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions in the city

Liked: The pillows and mattress were very comfortable, the room is cozy, has a safe and iron machine.The staff is very polite and helpful.Goodblocation and safe to walk.
Disliked: Room is not well isolated, I could listen the TV on in other rooms and you could hear the doors when opening or closing.Not such good variety at breakfast.The gym is so small that with 3 people is overcrawded

Liked: I like how friendly staff were and how beautiful the interior is. The room itself was perfect and Included everything. Breakfast was good and it was close to our destination.
Disliked: The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. We could sleep very well.

Great location!

Liked: Great location within a commercial mall. Facilities are nice. We felt secure in the hotel. Quiet room.
Disliked: No eggs included in breakfast, it is available with additional cost which was high so we preferred to have breakfast outside.This is basic meal for breakfast, in all city express the eggs were always included so encountering this at city express plus doesn't make any sense to me.Certainly the way eggs are cooked in other city express was with lot of oil so I always have suggested to improve that.The bed was not very comfortable.
