Liked: Great location, nice place, I loved they have people with disability working there
Disliked: I had to report 2 times an issue with the toilet and they came in the afternoon to fix it and did housekeeping after 3 o clock

Liked: I like that everyone that works there is kind and very professional.
Disliked: As soon as we opened the door to our hotel room, we were hit with an overwhelming odor. The entire room smelled like a poorly maintained bathroom or as if there were broken sewer pipes—it was unbearable, with a strong, foul stench coming from the bathroom.Since we didn’t have time to report the issue or change rooms due to our busy schedule, we decided to handle it ourselves. We went to Walmart, bought a bottle of Clorox, and poured it into the toilet. Thankfully, that did help, and I was relieved that we managed to resolve it on our own. But it would be great for them to double check the rooms before letting people stay in them.
