I booked this hotel to...

Liked: The staff were so welcoming, attentive and kind. They made you feel like you were at home. I love that it was right next to the mall, and right across from the US consulate. It felt very safe and had everything we needed during our stay. I reiterate the staff are phenomenal!
Disliked: The walls seem to be thin so you can hear conversations from the hallway.

Liked: We liked everything. Staff is excellent very attentive. The housekeeper on 4th floor excellent service, forgot her name.
Disliked: Probably just the bathroom too small.
