Liked: It is the perfect location if you intend to visit the US consulate. The mall right next to it has a lot of options for things to do while you're in the city.
Disliked: The beds were a bit uncomfortable, the same with the pillows. The staff is friendly but for some reason, they looked awkward. I'm not sure if they were tired or maybe it's part of their personality. Also, the food is not so great, to be honest. The building itself felt kind of old, and I've visiting other City Express hotels that were more recently built, so I know that the decorations and style used for this building is very old.
