VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE WOULD...

Disliked: First of all my reservation was charged before I even got there. I had called at 2 pm one hour beforehand to let them know I was going to be a little late I arrived there at around 4:30 pm when I arrived they told me that they had charged me because they put me as no show I don’t know why if I had called them . They proceeded to cancel the payment and they were supposed to credit my account till this day my bank says they don’t see a credit. I was stuck without a room in the lobby they took my money for 2 hours nobody was able to fix the issue the manager said that wasn’t her problem to call booking.com and even though I called booking nothing was resolved so I had to paid out of pocket for a second time very this was very Irresponsible on their part. The manager had horrible customer service and I am very disappointed of booking for not fixing the issue with the hotel. All though they cancelled my reservation I couldn’t leave to another hotel because I was told that I was going to be put as No Show and still pay the fees. The room was nothing like the picture very small the bed was hard old matress pillows were horrible and asked the manager to give us a king bed she said they didn’t offer that. I also compared the prices for a suite in their website and they gave us the most cheapest small room for $101 dollars but in their website the price for a Suite was $100 dollars per room. I would never stay at this place ever Horrible Horrible Horrible place and staff.
