Horrible, piece of crap with...

Liked: Nothing, there was no hot water, the beds and pillow were very old and stiff. The receptionist was neither helpful or service conscious. The carpet in the entire first and second floor was ripped, the bathrooms and behind the bathroom door was filthy, if there were refunds for such a low class of service I would demand it. My phone died at 12:30 at night , I went to reception to see if they had an iPhone charging cable, and she said no sorry we only have android, I asked if she knew where I could get one and she said no and disappeared, so I went outside and saw a petro station less that 250 meters away, walked over there and bought what I needed. I was very upset that she did not suggest to at least try that store. If I had not taken the initiative to look for all possibilities in the neighborhood I would have missed all calls in the morning. Despite being a member of the rewards program I will never go back to that hotel.

Liked: Staff is very kind.
Disliked: Problem is the room was smelly, the carpet was smelly to sweat. Needs to be cleaned. I have been in other City Express hotels in other parts of Mexico and cleanness is much better and price is lower.
