Disliked: Everything, right from dirty bed spread to poor quality towels, pathetic bathrooms and shower

Liked: I was charged two times And no one is helping fix the problem
Disliked: Don’t know how the booking workEveryone know that cheat in Mexico and The employees have authority to fix a problem

Liked: nothing really, the rooms, too small. The staff seemed decent.
Disliked: Everything, didn't feel private. I felt my privacy was being violated.

Horrible experience!!!

Liked: My reservations was cancelled at 6pm and I was informed in order to make a reservation I would have to pay a significant rate of 100.00 more than my original booked fee. Which is outrageous which they made no intent to accommodate me nor were they remorseful for canceling my reservation. I would not recommend.
