Liked: I like the breakfast, and the transportation services
Disliked: I didn’t like that the cleaning services they don’t put extra towels, I have to ask for them every single day of my staying, and I didn’t like when a receptionist make a mistake and make me feel that I was the one to blame

Liked: The location is the only good thing about this place
Disliked: Where do I even start. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. I would give them a 0 star if I could. No one speaks English including the receptonist. Communication was a pain in the rear. They didn’t not turn on the ac although I paid for the ac. Basically their argument was that it is cold outside so no ac is required. Also they were not ready to turn on the ac fan either but after 30 mins of back and forth and telling them it’s so suffocating inside they agreed to turn on the fan. To make things worse the bathroom was stinking and wasn’t properly cleaned. Stay away from this place.

Disliked: The staff was not very nice or efficient. The receptionist was not amicable and gave us the WRONG ROOM, which had people in there, and had the audacity to not even to apologize. She provided very poor customer service.
