They didn’t honor reservation book...

Disliked: They didn’t honor reservation book online for sat check in 11/30 check out 12/1 supposedly they couldn’t get in contact via phone , to let me know they didn’t have rooms at the low rate , per they’re manager , even though i was an hour early for my estimated arrival that was supposed to be 9:00pm -10:00pm and travelled from 3 hours away expecting that rate n i ended up paying more than expected horrible customer service and last but not least they know in the room Sunday morning at 7am stating the person that had taken my payment didn’t go through . I ended up paying cash ! Do not recommend
