Satisfactory just the aircon stinks

Liked: Great location, easy access with off street secure parking. Clean comfortable room
Disliked: Aircon smells like ICE and needs a deep clean

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and a bath, which is very convenient with small children. The service staff was polite and quickly fulfilled requests.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel's residents were not always trustworthy. At night, noise and loud conversations, falling of heavy objects were sometimes heard. the police also arrived on one of the days of our stay

Disliked: Noisy floorboards in room,noisy floorboards I could hear in ajoining rooms, holes in curtains, 2 chairs that were both wobbly when I sat on them, room looked unclean as it just needed refreshing with better furnishings, dirty bath mat.
