It couldn't have been better...

Liked: The staffs were very friendly and supportive.Especially the breakfast lady and the guards who always showed me the ways to where I wanted to go by either taxi or walking,The desk officers always changing my room cards as I kept on washing off the code.The rooms were always cleaned and all the towels, bedsheets changed and bed made...
Disliked: The mattress was too soft: change it to hard ones.The heating system in my room was a bit too low.Put some room slippers for use .

Liked: I stayed at City Club Hotel for one night (Feb 21-22) while visiting NYC for the Cem Yılmaz show. The hotel has a great Midtown location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for my husband. Overall, it was a decent stay.
Disliked: There were two major drawbacks:The room was very dark since it did not face the street, resulting in little to no natural light. This made the space feel enclosed and less inviting.Lack of a convenient breakfast service—as someone with celiac disease, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer gluten-free options or a proper in-hotel breakfast, which made mornings less convenient.
