Liked: Excellent central location; free convenient parking right by our unit; room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. All that we could need in the city centre. We were only there one night, but I inadvertently left my hearing aid behind, plugged into its charger. Staff were terrific: room staff found it, then management contacted me promptly by phone (although I missed the call and the voicemail - my fault) and then still somehow recognised us as we returned later to pick up our vehicle and dashed out to return it personally. Really admirable, and very much appreciated, considering I hadn’t even noticed yet that I’d lost it!
