Good value and clean for...

Liked: Close proximity to downtown shops and the beach. Actually room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable and roomy. Hot shower and all the basic amenities expected. Neighbors were quiet and polite.
Disliked: This property doesn't actually have anyone on staff at this location. Office is closed and you have to drive across town (not too bad-4 minute drive) to the sister property to check in and get your key. The lady working at the other property wasn't very helpful, no directions of where the room was located, had to walk around in the dark looking for room numbers on the door.
