Disappointing

Old, dated and close to...

Liked: It is easy accessible to the city. Great location. You get what you pay for...
Disliked: The price reflects the dated decor. Do not stay here if you don't like dated styles. The bed was small for 2 adults. There were some undesirable people living ruff under the bushes which is a little worrisome for your vehicle.

Great location

Liked: Location easy walk to theatre and restaurants
Disliked: Only one pillow on bed. Was hard.

Good location ,Venue underwhelming and...

Liked: Good city central location , plenty of parking ,good sized rooms , clean and tidy, rooms carpeted with underlay, venue has great investment potential , reception staff knowledgable of the local area and friendly ,microwave, fridge ,crockery and cutlery etc.
Disliked: Reception was like a messy storage room , shower was small and basic, internal decor was a little dated, external stairs with damaged nosings and carpet (who puts carpet on external stairs it was full of dirt and dust) balustrade glass to balcony landings was filthy dirty , glass windows and doors to apartments were dusty dirty, mini bar was equivalent to a kids lunch box with expensively priced snacks ,no lift had to carry suitcases up staircase ,stadium noise /roar will undoubtably have an impact on match days when the stadium opens The venue needs money spending on it throughout and should aim for a high specification of materials fixtures and fittings to wow the guest in luxury

Exceptional

Perfect overnight stay

Liked: The room was exceptional considering how inexpensive it was. Everything was very clean, it had everything we needed, tea, milk etc, a big comfy couch, iron, hair dryer....everything was very good, and we walked into the city centre for dinner. The bed was really comfortable, and it was lovely and quiet at night.

Clean and comfortable stay location...

Liked: Good location easy 10min walk into town.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was construction works in progress across the road while we stayed, so it was very noisy from early morning. Although that was of no fault of the owner. Having said that even without the current construction it was still somewhat noisy with early morning traffic. Double glaze windows would be of great benefit.

Comfy stay in centrally located...

Liked: Decent size rooms, clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Easy to find and lots of parking. The city centre is an easy 10 minute walk away.
Disliked: They were still building the new stadium when we were here, which I knew about, but was not expecting them to continue working through the night. Was not super noisy, but not silent either. Not the motel's fault though.

Exceptional

Liked: Good size room, comfortable bed and clean! Great location too.
