Our room was so pleasant. The remodel is spectacular and the room literally felt like a nest. I personally highly recommend to see the City Center Motel!

Never again will we stay...

Liked: The tv worked
Disliked: First, I almost fell on ice in front of their lobby door, second there is a very small mat in front of the door as you walk in, not enough to even wipe the snow off your feet, no mat outside the door. So the laminate floor got wet fast, I slipped and almost fell in the room, had to put towels down to not fall, then in order to use the microwave, the refrigerator had to be unplugged. There is a large amount of rust on the shower drain. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. Would have thought there would have been a roll under the sink. I am a smoker, I'm 61 yrs old , I have NEVER smoked in a hotel room, my partner is in O2. So I couldnt if I had even wanted to. But since my jacket smelled of smoke from going to my car to smoke, They charged my card a150.00 smoking fee. I called and tried to talk to Jackie and all she kept saying was it smelled like smoke in there. She literally acted like i was lying. This will be disputed. I have stayed in this motel many times and have recommended it to my friends. I've NEVER had an issue. I don't know if they have new owners or what. But I will Absolutely never stay here again!!!!! Oh and apparently if your a smoker, you better undress before you go in!!!!!

Liked: Older property recently updated to an attractive style.
Disliked: There was a slight odorous smell which was mitigated mostly by opening the washroom window. The wall paint, though attractive and done well, could have been enhanced by having a couple of wall hangings or some other art work on the rather stark walls.
