Disliked: Room was in basement or it felt that way, made it dark.

Liked: The employees were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really pretty and comfortable in a great location.
Disliked: The room we stayed didn't have windows.

A nice hotel with modern...

Liked: Helpfull staff. Good location. Modern Decor, Very clean. Comfy bed.Coffee & Tea making facilities in the room. Bag storage after checkout was very helpful.
Disliked: Room was smaller that we expected. Hardly any space to get round the bed, and ensuite was tiny. The breakfast was quite expensive, so we didn't opt for it.

Disliked: The matress cover was poor quality, full of small lumps, and it was scratching our skin.

Liked: Great location, great staff and beautiful facilities.
Disliked: In my personal experience, the room I stayed needs an urgent review on the shower screen. There was only one side glass that did not protect at all, and whenever we showered, with no exaggeration, the whole bathroom was wet. I truly think a door screen would be a great addition, even it means that shower space would become smaller. Another thing is that the tv in our room was broken on its side and was being held with tape.
