Poor

We spent the bare minimum...

Liked: The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful and the location downtown was convenient. The water was excellent and despite the rest of the room being really old and worn, the mirror was self-lighting and the best mirror I’ve ever encountered in a motel room.
Disliked: It is a very old property and the bed, bedding, and towels were terrible. The door did not have a bolt on it. The room was not ready when we arrived at 11:40pm, even though it was supposed to be ready at 3pm. The air conditioning unit did not work properly and was very loud.
