Worth the money

Liked: was in good location, big room comfortable bed nice shower ,breakfast was good and staff polite and helpful
Disliked: simple things like if a hinge is broken fix it not bodge it looks tacky

It was good for one...

Liked: The staff were all great and the lady doing the breakfast was really lovely and cheerful, she was singing to us and making us all smile. it was refreshing to see a member of staff so cheerful. The other staff were lovely too, we would stay again just due to the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff
Disliked: The hotel is very run down and could really do with redecoration. also our room had 1 large double bed and an old rickety bunk bed. We were travelling with our elderly mum and we are middle aged so to find a bunk bed wasn't great. but we managed by one on the bottom bunk the other sharing with mum. not great but ok for one night. the photos showed 3 single beds which is why we booked it!!

Liked: Great location, quiet, comfy beds and very cheerful staff.
Disliked: Poor lighting in the room, could do with bedside lights

Spacious room, great staff, overall...

Liked: Decent sized room, comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to the manager who allowed me to play pool. Was a cool touch from him. If I was to comedown to Eastbourne again, would definitely consider staying at the hotel again.
Disliked: Room was a bit on the cold side. Wasn't the best situation as we had a 6 month baby with us. Did ask for the boiler to be put on as was advised that it had been put off due to other customers complaining it became too hot.

Liked: Very friendly personel, close to beach and shops
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean, toiler roll was missing , bunk beds were very squicky and hard to sleep, poor selection of breakfast bar. The lift wasnt working which we haven't been informed before arrival.

Disliked: Bathroom and carpet in the room wasn’t clean. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and no toilet brush

Disliked: I mean the room was very old feels like 1* max no way they got 3*** on this hotel , I travel the world and trust me its not 3*** hotel . When I got to the room of course want it to check I can see the sea side lol windows very dirty so I cant see thro them and there was spider webs and many flys around like there was somewhere left over food behind some drawer or so feels not clean at all for me . Window was open and it feels very chilly in the room . No heating till 19:30 so we were freezing as we got a room on 3th floor room 305 . The shower had very low pressure also.
