Enjoyed our overnight stay in a very clean hotel. Everything you needed is catered for. Location close to the shopping arcades and plenty of places to eat. Would recommend it highly. Would definately stay there again.

Liked: Very very clean, staff pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: Car park spaces rather tight.

Clean, comfortable & central

Liked: Great location & clean rooms. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect the ritz but it’s clean, comfortable and very central
Disliked: The highly inflated rates during the Cheltenham festival but tbf every hotel in cheltenham does this so can’t really single them out

Brilliant hotel!

Liked: Easy check in with entry to the hotel and your room via key code, car park 10 second walk away, large clean stylish rooms

Disappointing

Liked: Very tired and mouldy with rock hard beds. I could barely get the bathroom door open it had seised up.

Perfect little hotel for the...

Liked: The breakfast was really good. It was continental but ample food was available and it was always stocked up as we were going through. A good selection too!Rooms were clean and tidy, I had a disabled room as I was staying with my elderly Nanna and she cant get into a shower cubicle and this was a walk in wet room so was perfect for her needs. Was a lift in the hotel and even one into the hotel entrance as there is stairs to go up so would be perfect for wheel chair access. The car park was limited spacing but we were able to pre-book a disabled space on request which was very kind of the staff. Its also basically right on the main high street so it took me about 3 mins to walk into town which was nice when I needed some things I forgot for a wedding I was attending!
Disliked: There was only one pillow and it was a little thin so I would have liked an additional pillow but I just folded mine in half so it was not too much of an issue.
