Nice hotel with good coffee

Liked: The hotel is located in front of the beach. The hotel is small but the room is good enough, bright and comfortable. The breakfast for EUR 12 seems a bit expensive as there is no high assortment of food BUT the coffee is good and fresh pressed orange juice is perfect, butter and croissant - what else you need!The reception guy was very welcoming, helpful and always smiling. This is the good option for visiting Nice and Cannes at one trip and have quite rest in between.
Disliked: The toilet is tiny, it could be added to the bathroom and this way it would be wider. The sea view is only from the balcony and it feels that the room is with garden view not a sea view. Also, I would highly appreciate if the hotel implements towels for the beach.

Liked: good sea view and quite charge room compare to other hotels in Cagnes and Nice
Disliked: The room service forgot to bring drinking waters 2 days in a row. Meanwhile, the receptionist just came in to our room and looked around for no reason. It is quite offensive since he couldn’t speak in English and there’s is no explanation. Also the cleaners just closed our luggages when we out for a trip, and stuff all spread out when I open it

Disliked: A bit noisy during the night due to the touristic neighbourhood.

Good value for money

Liked: Location was great for exploring Monaco, Cannes, Nice etc. which was the purpose of our trip. Rooms were basic but clean and had all the essentials.
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was no bar/restaurant area

Liked: The hotel has undertaken a recent upgrade, its really beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is perfect. This is a return trip and I will be booking again in the future.
