Great location and bed, staff...

Disliked: I stayed for 14 days and work in a hotel myself, and I'm puzzled that only three or four of the receptionists actually says "hi" and smiles to your guests...I also would like a "day mode" like the "sleep" mode for lighting on the ipad to quickly turn on the lights.A laundry room would have been a nice service too.
