The room was small, efficient...

Liked: I have stayed in a citizenM in Europe and absolutely loved it. The property in Pioneer Square was exactly the same, and we loved it. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but we like to walk and experience the big cities when we travel. The room was small, efficient and comfortable which suited us well, because we spend little time in our room. The lobby has a lot of welcoming furniture so meeting up with friends was awesome. The location is walking distance from the light rail, so coming in from SEATAC airport was a breeze. The cost was awesome compared to other hotels in the downtown area.

Great for a short stay

Liked: The room was very fresh and clean with an ocean view. It was modern and everything worked well. Breakfast is good value and the living room and bar area are comfortable. Convenient for ferry and sights
Disliked: The room was tiny - no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Perfect location on the Waterfront...

Liked: Perfect waterfront location! Modern room overlooking the water with great facilities. Staff at check in were so incredibly helpful. Loved the style of the hotel. Space has been used imaginatively in the room, although storing our large luggage was challenging!! We really loved the place and the views across the water were fabulous!
