Disliked: They forgot about me at least 3 times. Twice they didn’t do anything about the broken safe and once forgot to call back when i asked something about breakfast.

Liked: The staff was excellent, they hold up really well when there were LOTS of people here for the JJLIN concert, especially when they dont speak english. The tech stuff in the room was nice to, you could adjust the lights and everything how ever you like.
Disliked: The size of the room was extremely small, for a hotel that is this far from downtown, way over priced, seeing the sink in the center of the room was really upsetting. the only reason i chose this hotel was because it was close to the arena.
