Comfy and a good location...

Liked: Nice and comfortable. Location for the airport is great with easy walking to terminal 3 where you can get a train to any of the other terminals. Only disappointment was the food options in the bar were quite limited so wished we had eaten before we got there.

Liked: Always convenient when arriving or departing from Australia. The bed is so comfortable that I had 9 hours undisturbed sleep. Everything I need is provided and available including food and a lovely space for relaxing and meeting new friends

Welcome to digital world

Liked: I like its location. It is just outside the airport train station. I also like the design of the hotel. The lobby is big, it has some book shelves, cosy and comfortable chairs and armchairs. the atmosphere is friendly and pleasant.I like the digital concept, the ipad in the bedroom, even getting into the hotel its self-service checking with a Mac!! However, if you don't know how to use it, there is always a nice staff to help you!!
Disliked: The shower! it was not powerful enough! I think sometimes some managers should allow their staff to sleep in those rooms where customers have been dissatisfied and then to listen to their staff's experience and then act upon it!! Another thing, in my room, the washbasin smelt badly! Sewage?? Disgusting!!
