Had a great 2 day, 1 night stay at CitizenM in NYC with my daughter. Location was perfect. Hotel staff was excellent. Room, although small for some people, was perfect for us. My daughter loved the rain shower that changed colors. The breakfast we added for an additional charge was good. The decor was fun and funky!

Liked: Big bed; fun, youthful; perfect location!
Disliked: Small room.

Had a great stay; nice staff, always willing to help. They let us check in early which was a great thing because I had a broken foot and was on crutches and needed to put my luggage down. The hotel was right across the street from our show. So I went across the street with no problems. Hotel is in a perfect spot for what we needed - show, food and sleep. It was perfect and comfortable, very clean with free wifi.

Perfect hotel for a city...

Liked: The location is perfect for all the sights. Plus the staff are exceptional. Especially Ben who made me a hot toddy to ease my laryngitis.
Disliked: Room was quite small and the view was t that pleasant. It didn’t affect my overall stay though.

Excellent Stay In NYC

Liked: Great location, everything within easy access and walking distance. Good breakfast selection, nice room, great drinks & service.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive, especially paying $22 for a child. Would have been nice to have complimentary mineral water in the fridge.
