We stayed at the Citizen M in downtown LA for a concert we were seeing nearby. This is the second time staying at a CM hotel; the other was in NYC. I love the communal living room. It's super comfy and allows for people to be social and interact. We had a great stay, the hotel was super close to the Grand Central Market where we went for dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back!

Liked: Very clean, hospitable service.
Disliked: The bathroom door which was magnetic made a loud bang if you let it close naturally. Heard a few in the middle of the night.

Liked: The bartender was great, she made great cocktails.
Disliked: The sink outside the bathroom left water on the floor when washing hands as well as brushing teeth and washing face. Need a mat in front of sink. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room

Very Stylish Hotel in Downtown...

Liked: This is a modern stylish hotel, with a good reception / lounge space
Disliked: The surrounding area, is quite bleak, and going through a period of regeneration , and limited places to eat /shop etc within walking distance, room was quite small.

Liked: The best location in downtown LA, very chic hotel, close to public transport bus and metro. 1 block away from grand central market for good food. Will stay again when visit LA.
Disliked: Room a bit small, no place to rest except lay down on bed.
