We stayed at the Citizen M in downtown LA for a concert we were seeing nearby. This is the second time staying at a CM hotel; the other was in NYC. I love the communal living room. It's super comfy and allows for people to be social and interact. We had a great stay, the hotel was super close to the Grand Central Market where we went for dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back!

Disliked: The bathroom door which was magnetic made a loud bang if you let it close naturally. Heard a few in the middle of the night.

Liked: The hotel was located in the central part of the city, with easy access to the public transport.The area was safe and the hotel has also security on the front door. The hotel is very modern and clean.Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay in a CitizenM hotel and we would stay again in their hotels, as the service is superb.

Liked: The location was great for visiting downtown Los Angeles. It is cool to be able to do the check-in process, as well as control the room digitally.I also appreciate the late check-in hours. Since our flight was delayed, knowing we had room despite the late hours was comfortable.
