Convenient & comfortable

Liked: The location is very convenient - extremely close to Victoria Station which makes it very easy to catch public transport. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful
Disliked: The lack of some amenities you’d expect to see in a typical hotel room such as kettle (for hot drinking water) and mini fridge rather than a cool box that doesn’t keep cold - the bottle of milk I bought curdled overnight

Liked: Location perfect for my needs: close to Victoria station, walkable distance to Westminster, parks, other attractions. contemporary, bright, very nice room. Kitchen/bar open long hours, perfect to grab something. Very nice and friendly personnel, helped be with a few inquiries I had, and gave me good advice about the neighborhood.

Decent value for a day...

Liked: This is an interesting model hotel, quirky, very trendy lobby, trendy rooms, but emphasize tiny, more like a ships cabin. Pod shower toilets. The location near Victoria Station is good, but not perfect. It leaves you with a distance to get to the major parts of the West End, but it is near Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Chelsea battersea etc. The staff were fantastic. It’s reasonable value for central London. That means not cheap. Breakfast is pretty decent. You wouldn’t want to be there much longer than a couple of days.
