Superb

Convenient and modern

Liked: Loved the easy check in and check out, the iPad-controlled lighting and mood in the room and the full blackout curtains (great if you’re sensitive to outside light).
Disliked: Only issue was 2 out of 3 elevators were out of order, this was fine for me on a lower floor but the remaining lift was not enough.

Great hotel at a great...

Liked: Great hotel, convenietly located (walking distance to Liverpool Street Station - direct train/bus connection for Standsted Airport). The hotel is super beautiful, modern (you can remotely control everything with an ipad) and clean. They take care of all the small details to make your stay fab! (offer toiletries, rooms have blackout curtains, a small fridge to keep whatever you need and lots of storage to make the most out of the limited space - the bed itself was however huge compare with the total size of the room and super comfy). Big plus - is self check-in - we arrive at 10am and directly got one of the empty rooms at the moment so it was amazing to not have to wait until check-in time like in most hotels!
Disliked: Nothing - everything was beyond our expectations :)

Disliked: Only 1 lift out of 4 working in a building with 9 floors…You get fed up waiting and walk the stairs to the 8th floor

Liked: The iPAD control center in the room was brilliant
Disliked: Lifts are slow

Liked: staff super friendly and helpful. The location and value is superb,
Disliked: only 1 out of 3 lifts were working which was a bit of a pain when you on the 7th floor! (one was being fully renovated when another broke down which is unfortunate but not put us off at all as everything else was so good) Breakfast a bit pricey when next door is a lovely cafe (Flying Horse)
