Located in the heart of London citizenM London Bankside is a stylish contemporary hotel which is just a 2-minute walk from the Tate Modern near Borough Market and only 1969 feet from the Millennium Bridge. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Guests can enjoy the modern trendy bedrooms which feature ambient lighting with the room iPad or the free citizenM app. All guests can control room lights black-out blinds curtains temperature as well as TV and radio channels. They can also stream from their own Netflix Prime or Disney accounts (and many others) by connecting their phone tablet or laptop to the TV via Chromecast (at no extra charge). The private bathroom features a rain shower. The citizenM design hotel itself features a 24-hour reception and contemporary shared living areas furnished with Vitra fittings. Guests may also take advantage of the free iMac's available to them as well as the complimentary printing service. Liked: Modern, comfortable hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and cool interiors.
Disliked: Sink outside bathroom - just a personal preference

Wouldn’t recommend. Poor value for...

Liked: Good location for exploring London. The staff were friendly and helpful. The reception area was modern and the check-in/out was super easy. I appreciated being able to check in an hour before stated on the booking.
Disliked: The mattress was broken and uncomfortable, the shower was broken and leaked in the bathroom. The room was tiny and I assume is the reason there wasn’t a kettle in the room. One of the lifts were broken, and in the working lift the security to use your room key to enable the lift to move was also broken. It didn’t feel overly safe with anyone having the ability to travel to any floor.
