Really wished we could've stayed longer; excellent hotel with great staff and a really good atmosphere.

Over all this was a complete disappointment.The rooms, with mood lighting in shower were the smallest I have ever been offered in a hotel.A square bed sits at one end abutting all the walls, resembling a caravanThe noise from the room above was considerable.Why do you have to have to book yourself in and out when everyone has to be shown what to do? Never stay here again even if offered free.

Very good

Liked: Hotel is amazing and located close to the city centre. The staff are so accommodating with anything you need! The beds are huge and everything is controlled on a tablet which is set up and ready to go for you. There is a choice of a normal shower or a rain shower and any colour setting you desire. Fantastic!
Disliked: We were only informed that the restaurant area of the hotel was closed for refurbishment on the day around an hour before arrival so we had to re-plan our trip slightly.

Liked: The hotel room was brilliant and clean. Excellent view and very high tech. Ability to control everything from the iPad a nice touch.
Disliked: At the check in you have to pay a £0 transaction so they have your card details. The machines apparently play up a lot so caused a few minutes of worry as to why it wasn’t accepting the card! Staff were super friendly and sorted the issue as soon as they noticed though.

Liked: All automated and controllable by the tablet, this was a novelty and quite fun to alter the lighting.The bar was open until 1am and was nice and spaciousBy a genuine mistake my card was charged twice for cocktails but on raising it with the manager it was rectified promptly

Disliked: Staff weren’t that talkative Lift was extremely slow Room was clean except a few crumbs on the floor ( wasn’t a big deal as the rest of the room was lovely and clean)

A comfy relaxing great nights...

Liked: The massive bed was very very comfy and the shower was amazing, the black out blinds were a bonus as well round great nights stay.
Disliked: The lifts were a bit of a problem just took ages and were confusing with how they would go to one floor then skip my floor then go back down to the reception then come to my floor apart from that everything was perfect.
