Really wished we could've stayed longer; excellent hotel with great staff and a really good atmosphere.

Over all this was a complete disappointment.The rooms, with mood lighting in shower were the smallest I have ever been offered in a hotel.A square bed sits at one end abutting all the walls, resembling a caravanThe noise from the room above was considerable.Why do you have to have to book yourself in and out when everyone has to be shown what to do? Never stay here again even if offered free.

Adequate for an overnight stay.

Liked: The check-in process was straight forward. The room was minimalistic but was adequate for an overnight stay. I did not try the breakfast or other facilities at the hotel so cannot comment on this.
Disliked: The stairwell did not lead to the reception area. I followed, what I thought was the stairs but ended up below the reception area since it was the emergency exit route. The stairs could therefore be better signposted as an alternative to the lift, only one of which was working!

Disliked: a kettle in the room would have been great, nothing worse wanting a coffee in the morning and having to get up and ready to go and get it
